Terms of Service

Coffee Connect is a marketplace that connects independent coffee roasters ("Roasters") with buyers. Roasters are independent businesses responsible for their own listings, inventory, and order fulfillment. Coffee Connect is not the seller of record for listed beans.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Coffee Connect is currently available to users located in the United States.

Payments are processed by our third-party payments processor. Roasters receive payouts net of Coffee Connect's commission, as disclosed to Roasters at signup. Order cancellations and refunds are subject to each Roaster's stated policies and applicable law.

To keep the marketplace fair for everyone, buyers and Roasters agree not to use information obtained through Coffee Connect to arrange purchases outside the platform, and not to misuse contact or account information for any purpose unrelated to a Coffee Connect order.

Roasters are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including roast level, processing method, origin, and cupping score, and for maintaining accurate stock levels.

Coffee Connect is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the quality of beans sold by Roasters. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

We'll update this page if these terms change, and update the date above accordingly. Continued use of Coffee Connect after a change means you accept the updated terms.
